I bought a Value Code online, but when I enter it I get an “Invalid Code” message.
Please make sure you bought the code for the correct Laundry Card. The code will only work for the card it was generated for. Please also ensure that the correct location was selected when you bought the code. The code will only work at the location that was selected at the time you purchased the code. If the machine asks for the amount purchased, please make sure that it is entered correctly. Lastly, please double check that the code you are entering is correct.
