I bought a Laundry Card for $5.00. Why is there no money on it?

How do I find a CVA ID?
There will be a sticker on the Add Value Machine. It is a 3 digit number found on the front of the machine. If the machine is missing the number, you can search your machine by address. Please note that the machine will be found under the address where the machine located.
Where is my Laundry Card serial number?
Please check the back of your Laundry Card. It will either be on the bottom right corner, or on the bottom towards the center.
How do I check my Laundry Card balance?
Your balance can be checked at the Add Value Station. Simply insert your card and the balance will be displayed.
Does my Laundry Card have to be activated?
No. You just need to add funds to the card.
Why is money not on my Laundry Card after paying online?
When you purchase value online, you receive a Value Code. You MUST enter that code at the Add Value Station, then the funds will be loaded on the Laundry Card. The funds DO NOT automatically transfer onto the Laundry Card. Please visit the Revalue My Card section for more information.
How do I add money on a Laundry Card?
You will have to find the Add Value Machine at your complex. Most machines accept debit or credit card payments. You can call us at 877-841-7700, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST for assistance in locating the Add Value Station. Otherwise, please see your apartment management. They should be able to direct you to the Add Value Station. You may also have the option to purchase value online or via phone. When you purchase value online you will receive a Value Code. That code MUST be entered in at the Add Value Station before the funds are loaded on the card. Please visit the Revalue My Card section to see if this is an option at your location.
